Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms & Conditions before making a booking through us or joining Scuba Master Community.

Liability: –

  • All Divers/snorkelers must complete and sign the relevant self-declaration medical, Liability Release, and Assumption of Risk forms before commencing water activities.

  • Upon signing up for any diving course, irrespective of previous experience or training, Scuba Master Diving Center requires each student to complete a Medical Questionnaire and relevant forms required for the course. If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the medical questions then you must see a doctor before start diving.

  • All divers must show proof of diving certification from either PADI, SSI, CMAS, or equivalent certifying organizations if taking part in any of our diving trips. If you do not have your card, we can perform the check on the PADI data base. If you are a diver from another organization, please have your card ready as we do not have access to other dive association databases.

  • Customers WILL NOT be able to dive without confirmation of their dive card/certification – there will be no refund due to cancellation for this purpose. We have a duty of care to ensure your diving experience is safe and enjoyable.

  • The management does not accept liability for accidents or injuries occurring on the premises of either the dive shop or the hotel.  Please be careful, as this is often a slippery and wet environment.

Diving Trips and Courses: –

  • Strict depth limits are applied; maximum depth permitted on all Scuba Master trips as follow:

  • Open Water Divers – 18meters/60feet.

  • Advanced divers certified – 30 meters/100feet.

  • PADI Deep Diver Specialty certification – 40 meters/130 feet.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify and/or cancel diving arrangements for the reasons listed, but not limited to, those below:

  • Volume, capacity of the trip: “Number of divers registered for the trip”

  • Weather conditions.

  • Technical difficulties and issues.

  • The customer undertakes to be physically, emotionally and mentally prepared for all in water activities they have signed up for. Any resultant injury or discomfort borne out of any unfitness shall not provide any ground for complaint or refund.

  • Scuba Master has the right to end an individual’s participation on a dive/snorkel trip or a course, without refund, if the diver shows they are emotionally or mentally not prepared, demonstrates a lack of respect for staff, participants and/or the environment, consumes alcohol between dives, or fails to follow staff instructions, or fails to abide by general international safe diving standards and practices and local laws.

  • All persons under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • The use of drugs and alcohol before diving is strictly prohibited.

  • You must check-in with us for all dive or snorkel trips 30 mins prior to the trip. Failure to check in will lead to trip cancellation and there will be no refund.

  • It is your responsibility to arrive at Scuba Master in time to check-in with us before 5pm.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: –

  • The number of dives in our packages is an estimate based on usual diving circumstances. In case of adverse weather conditions, personal illness, technical difficulties, or dive site inaccessibility, there will be no refund but every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling.

  • Divers or students who fail to attend any dive trip or dive course shall not be refunded by Scuba Master. Please contact Scuba Master Dive Center 48 hours prior to the trip to make any changes to your scheduled trip. If you choose to amend your program, every effort will be made to accommodate the change, however additional fees may apply. We will do our utmost to accommodate your requests.

  • Course schedules are offered in good faith. The management reserves the right to delay the start of a course due to any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

  • If a diver is negligent or irresponsible, and causes any damage to or loss of property and equipment belonging to Scuba Master Dive Center, diver/snorkeler shall repay in full the value of the damaged materials/equipment.

  • There is a $50 service charge for any regulator rinsed without the dust-cap.

  • Customers will be charged full replacement cost for all equipment that is lost, so please ensure your equipment is logged back in and signed by a member of staff.  Replacement costs are as follows:

    • Weights 100 Dh/ 2k,

    • Mask 350 Dh

    • Snorkel 50 Dh

    • Belts 50 DH

    • Wetsuit 750 Dh

    • Fins 350 Dh

    • BCD 1000 Dh

    • Regulator 2000 Dh

  • The outstanding balance for all diving trips and courses booked must be paid in full right before the trip/course commences.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but valid if you reschedule your trip.

  • The minimum age for divers or snorkelers on our boats is 8 years old.

  • We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.

  • Should delays occur in the schedule during a course due to weather or any other reason, Scuba Master will do its best to reschedule as necessary, but is not liable for any reimbursement.

  • By making a booking with us in advance and paying us a deposit to confirm the booking, you agree to accept the above Terms & Conditions in full.

Usage of Scuba Master forum : –

This forum is for all Diving enthusiasts to share their experience and passion.
We do our best to maintain a community for all members to share their passion and create new friendships in a friendly and decent environment.

  • Trips will be announced by Instructors, Dive Masters and Admins only.

  • It is allowed to post any of your personal or friends diving related items for sale in the group for absolutely free of charge if you are a member.

  • Please do not use the forum to advertise or promote other groups prior to admin approval.

  • Scuba Master shall be not responsible for any trips that are not announced officially by one of our instructor /staff and it is advised not to the use Scuba master in such unofficial events.

  • Scuba Master is not to be held liable for any Verbal and/or photographic content sent by any of the members, and each member is fully responsible of media shared by him/her on the group, yet the group admins will interfere if the content is found non complying with Scuba Master rules and/or ethical values

  • It is strictly prohibited to send any comments that might be offensive to a certain religion, ethnic group or contains content that could implement a form of gender discrimination.

  • It is strictly prohibited to have Political related discussions on the group.

  • It is strictly prohibited to send indecent jokes, pictures or comments on group conversation

  • It is strictly prohibited to use any offensive language on group conversations.
